The TRPOA, Inc. Design & Review Board (DRB) was established to monitor new construction and additions to existing dwellings in Timber Ridge. The purpose of the Design & Review Board is to maintain the integrity and consistency of Timber Ridge, and to make sure new construction and additions to existing dwellings conform to the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Standards and Land Use Restrictions for Timber Ridge. A procedure sheet has been provided to aid you through the process of building a new home or altering an existing one.

The new construction form is required for property owners interested in building a home in Timber Ridge.  Fill out TRPOA, Inc. Design & Review New Construction Application.  As an aid, a checklist has been provided.  Present the application along with the application fee of $150.00 and the other required items listed on the application to a Design & Review Board Member.  The Design & Review Board will then meet to look over the application and submitted materials and will respond to the applicant in a reasonable timely manner which is typically 48-72 hours. Once the Design & Review Board issues a TRPOA Building Permit, construction may proceed.

The New Construction Project Packet contains all the forms required for new construction in Timber Ridge.  It contains the Covenant Sections that are relative to the architecture and other building guidelines. The individual forms are also available by themselves by selecting the appropriate form button below.

The major site alteration form is required for Timber Ridge property owners interested in site alteration (Decks, Porches, Sheds, Additions, etc.)  Present the application along with the application fee of $25.00 and the other required items listed on the application to a Design & Review Board Member.

 

The minor site alteration form is required for Timber Ridge property owners interested in site alteration, (swing sets, alternate energy systems and satellite dishes etc.)  Present the application and the other required items listed on the application to a Design & Review Board Member.

The Landscape Form is required for property owners applying for a landscaping project that alters at least 1/4 of their property or for fencing and screening projects.  Present the application along with the application fee of $25.00 and the other required items listed on the application to a Design & Review Board Member.

Use this form when tree removal is required.  There is no fee for the use of this form and no form is needed for the removal of completely dead trees. Please forward this complete form to a Design & Review Board Member.  The Design & Review Board will then meet to look over the application and submitted materials and will respond to the applicant in a reasonable and timely manner which is typically 48-72 hours. Once the Design & Review Board approves the application, tree removal may proceed.

"For Sale" Sign Rental Form and Procedure

TRPOA has established a uniform 'for sale' sign to be displayed on all properties for sale within Timber Ridge.  This action was established to maintain the esthetics for the neighborhood.  All properties must comply whether they are for sale by owner or through a professional realtor.

Nomination Form for Board of Directors

Any Property owner can be nominated for a position on the Board of Directors.  The election for Board Members is held at the annual membership meeting in June of each year.  The form below can be completed to place an individual's name in nomination.  A PDF viewer is required for printing.

Any Member can report a covenant violation for Board corrective action.  These complaints must be in writing.  Please follow the procedure linked here to insure proper and timely Board action.
